We are EcoFaith Recovery.
We are a broad network of volunteer leaders and faith-based communities who are waking up to the deep ecological, economic, political, and spiritual crises of our time — and to the movement of Divine Love calling us into collective recovery.
Together, we are:
Recovering our true vocation as people of faith and citizens of Earth,
Restoring our sanity in the midst of an addictive culture and economy,
Reconciling a right-relationship with all of creation — human and non-human alike,
Rediscovering the courage to rise with the most vulnerable in the face of injustice
and climate chaos,
Reclaiming our prophetic imagination for a flourishing, life-honoring future.
We envision a collaborative, equitable, and regenerative world — beyond fossil fuels, industrial agriculture, and systemic injustice — in which our interconnectedness with all creation is fully embraced, and all peoples are seen, named, loved, and flourishing together.
We do this through EcoFaith Recovery’s Seven Practices for Awakening Leadership:
Access spiritual power.
Develop relationships.
Discover our stories.
Mentor one another.
Act together.
Reflect on our actions.
Restore balance.
Each week or so in this Substack space, a member of our EcoFaith community will offer a reflection shaped by one or more of these practices. These are stories of spiritual grounding, courageous leadership, community resilience, and personal awakening.
We invite you to join us.
